Superior to standard DVRs, the QT528 offers real-time, full D1 broadcast-quality video recording on all eight channels, a pre-installed 1TB hard drive (expandable to 2TB), remote monitoring and live video streaming capabilities via the Internet or 3G and 4G smartphone, and first-rate network customization and backup features. For optimum surveillance management, program the DVR to email you snapshot images when motion is detected, when the hard drive is full, or if video or network loss has occurred. As an administrator, you can grant access to up to ten online users, offering convenient monitoring for professional and corporate environments. All Q-See DVRs have Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), a network protocol that makes it easier to connect networked devices including computers and mobile phones. Monitoring while you're away is easy, as you can manage several DVR systems from one central location with the included Central Management Software (CMS). The QT528 is multiplex! You can simultaneously record, view live or recorded footage, play back, backup files and remotely monitor and manage your DVR on your computer network or the Internet. With Q-See's DVR multiplex feature, you can do all of this without any recording loss. View video footage easily with a minimum 19-inch VGA monitor or TV. This DVR has four audio channels, supports up to 8 surveillance cameras, is compatible with Windows® and Mac OS® X, and can be integrated into your current security system. The eight premium surveillance cameras are weatherproof, have 520 TV lines of resolution and have a night vision range of up to 60 feet. The cameras' 36 infrared LEDs easily capture intruders and activity, with excellent field of vision and a 3.6mm lens. Each camera has a pre-assembled mounting bracket and is equipped with high-quality shielded cables for easy installation and placement.
